Nicole Musselman

Bio

Nicole Musselman, Living Museum, JourMS editor (2022) – Nicole Musselman is a second year Ph.D. student and FYC instructor at the University of South Florida. Her research interests include representations of motherhood in American literature, particularly between the nineteenth-century and early twentieth century. In April, she served as a YiC (Year in Conferences) Reporter for ESQ during the C19 conference. This year she was awarded the Carolyn L. Cooley Graduate Scholarship in American Literature at USF and the Jim & Nancy Hinkle Student Travel Grant to present at The Hemingway Society International Conference. She is the mother of a two-year-old son, which she believes is her most important achievement. 

Nicole joins the Journal of Mother Studies as lead editor of the 2022 Journal.
