Bio
I am a multimedia artist and facilitator whose work explores body image, identity, motherhood, and mental health through performance, collage, and digital art. My practice is deeply personal, shaped by my lived experiences of mental health, postnatal depression and living with kyphosis, which inform how I challenge societal ideas, often around strength, beauty, and care. Motherhood became a central thread in my work 5 years ago and I continue to use creative processes to reclaim space for mothers’ voices, especially around unseen or stigmatized experiences.
