_____

$10,5k ÷ 106 participants = $99 investment per attendee (over 3 days): Friday March 14th (at MoM with swag and materials. MoM purchased lunch for $220 + one cake donated by 15th St Farms). On campus USF 15-16th.

$40 per day support per person from USF or factor in, Dyana’s Keynote and the remaining support divided amongst participants.

MoM raised $4,200 towards our rent at The Factory from conference fees which equals 2 months: June & July

*We will be collecting response data from participants

Technology provided by USF was essential to our program’s success as was the performance space and classroom. MoM was able to provide a lactation room onsite because of USF’s contributions.

Thoughts for next year are to make all 2026 presentations in-person. We can accept zoom presentations and make them viewable to all, but everyone agrees that the ‘most special’ and powerful aspect of the MoM Conference is the in-person participation: the friendships formed, the professional relationships enhanced, and information exchange that happens when we gather.
