Bio
Caron Greenblatt is a South African born visual artist, currently residing and working in
Jerusalem, Israel. She holds a B.A. (Fine Arts), and an M.A. (Art Therapy). She continued her
painting and drawing studies at the Jerusalem Studio School (JSS), the Maryland Institute
College of Art in Baltimore, U.S.A. and the JSS affiliate painting program in Italy. Caron’s
work has been showcased in local and international group shows, most recently at the
Suning Art Museum, Shanghai and as part of the Juried exhibition at the Bowery Gallery in
New York. Caron works from her studio in Jerusalem, and her work can be found in private
and public collections. As an art therapist, Caron works mainly with families at risk, and
trauma survivors. Caron is a Mother of 3, a lover of the power of art and a strong believer in
the resilience of the human spirit.
